Know About City :Barnet is a city in the London Borough of Barnet. Barnet is often quoted as being in Hertfordshire, it actually lies just over the county border in London. It is a uptown development located 10 miles north-west of Charing Cross and was previously part of Hertfordshire. The town also includes parts of the parishes of Monken Hadley and South Mimms. It consists of a nave and aisles separated by clustered columns which support four pointed arches.These days Barnet is a mix of many cultures with large Asian and African populations as well as the UK's largest Jewish community. Barnet Local Attractions : The city consists of an extensive street over a mile long, mostly of small commonplace houses, with two or three shorter streets diverging from it.
